The 3CX-service from Complea contains a complete statistical part – which has more advantages. It gives you the possibility of accessing real-time information on queueing, latency etc. on a wallboard. This allows more employees to monitor information such as the queue for incoming calls at the same time. At the same time, all information on activities in the phone system are gathered and saved - in this way making it possible to draw statistics on e.g. system load and missed calls. As a result, it is easy to provide an initial assessment on at what time of the day or year, extra staffing is needed.
